Where is the top menu / toolbar in the latest version of indesign? Specifically, where is the tool that fits the frame to the text with one click that was in the toolbar before this latest update? Please help.

Which controls can fit in to the Control panel is controlled by the Customize button (looks like a gear). The number of controls that can fit is determined by your monitor resoluton. You may need to turn off controls to the left for Frame Fitting (Object) category to appear.

But you can also right-click on the frame and choose Fitting > Content-Aware Fit from the Context menu.

Thanks, that brought back the toolbar but not the specific tool that I'm looking for. The one that fits the frame to the text with one click?
