Unless somebody managed to archive the updater, the only option I know that works is to install the base version (assuming you've managed to get the installer for that), then copy the entire program folder from a patched installation.

I would love to help you -- I'm sure I have an old machine with CS5.5 on it, but I'm PC based, not Mac, so no joy.
