While off the Annos layer in Object layer option images position moving to Top

Hi 

I have 2 ai files in this document which has Annos layer. After importing that 2 ai files in InDesign using Object layer option I off the Annos layers, in 2nd image while off the Annos layers the images position moves to top, but the first image remains in the same position.

 

I posted 2 ai files in wetransfer

 

I attached the InDesign file and ai files and screen shot for your reference

Hi ALL

 

Please ignore the above request, while importing the ai file, we need to select choose show import option in that for "crop to " we need to select Bounding box All layers. so while off the layers images position will not change
