White text is showing as white in all exported documents but printing in black

Can someone please help - not sure if it is an Adobe problem or my PC.

Poster templates that I have used for over a year without a problem have suddenly started to print black text where it clearly shows on screen in JPEG and PDF as white or 'paper' text.

I have gone through and made sure 'print text as black' and 'simulate overprint' are both unchecked.

Please can anyone help?! - my colleagues can all print both the JPEGs and PDFs I supply them correctly. Note here: My colleagues do NOT have CC installed on their machines.

Are you using Acrobat or Reader to view and print your PDF?

Is the Acrobat or Reader page display preference Use overprint preview set to Always? (recommended)

Edit, you might check to see if an updated print driver is available for your printer.
