Why Does InDesign Record My Screen and Audio Without Permission?

Indesign often records screen and audio for a few seconds even if it doesn't have active permission. How is this possible? And for what reason? The screenshot is to show that no app has permission to record.

I have the same issue with After Effects. I managed to capture it. Did you solveit? I also have the permission turned off

Yes, I noticed it only happens when I sample a color (so it needs access to what's displayed on the screen, and Apple interprets this as screen recording). Basically, everything is normal.

Can you post a screenshot showing this in action?

I'll try, even if it's difficult because it appears in 2/3 seconds

What makes you think InDesign is doing the recording and not some other utility (or possibly a plugin)?

Because the system icon (Mac) appears at the top and if you click it it tells you that Indesign is recording. Furthermore, the application asked me several times to give it permission to record the screen and audio.
