Question

Why the text at the top of the application is off centered?

May I know why the text "Adobe InDesign 2024" is off centered on the screen on the macbook pro? While there is no text on Illustrator and the text on PhotoShop is centered.

Why the inconsistencies?

Well I guess this isn't a complete screenshot of your screen.

"Adobe InDesign 2024" is kinda centered between the home and the bulb icons - albeit with about 60 pixels offset (on my screen at least).

The application window might be wider than your display. If the window was displayed on an external monitor that was disconnected the window will move to the built in display. Sometimes (maybe all times?) It does not resize to match the display.

It's full screen without any external monitor and just restarted.  The text "Adobe InDesign 2024" is off centred. And refer to your PhotoShop screen, it is centred, and Illustrator 2024 is somewhat centered (a little bit off).

Such little detail is important. It shows the attitude towards a product.

The title in Photoshop is located on an empty bar (save for the 'traffic light' window buttons), while the title in InDesign is surrounded by various additional elements.

"Adobe InDesign 2024" is correctly centered relative to the elements around it. Centering it relative to the entire screen would be wrong. In my view, it is placed correctly.
