Will online published documents be affected?

Recently we received an email about synchronised creative cloud files. This synchronising service would stop. Now my concern has mainly been whether the published documents shared with customers and the review files will also dissapear?

Missed that one, is there a link on Adobe somewhere (could not find one when searching...)?

EDIT: never mind, found it.

Thank you for your reply. I asked this question to the customer care before and this was their answer.
Which is right? I just want to be sure, because we use QR codes in our catalogue referring to the published documents.

"Dear ann,

Thank you for the response. This is to inform that yes the published files will also be affected since they are also been saved on cloud and any files saved in synced folder will be affected and will not be accessible starting from October 2024"
