Window frame scaling down after exiting presentation mode

Hi all,

 

Had an issue pop up in the past few weeks that is driving me crazy. I have Application Frame on and ID filling my screen. When I enter presentation mode (Shift w) and then escape out, it scales my Application to a smaller size, like half of my window.

Anyone know how to fix? Thanks!

    Shout out to @EliasCrowe – Graphische, the resolution for me running 2 screens and InDesign 20.0.1 was to:

    1. Close InDesign if you're already running it.
    2. Open Display settings on macOS and hit the Arrange button
    3. Set your primary screen by dragging the menu bar onto the display you want to be primary. See below 👇
    4. Reopen InDesign - it should open on your chosen display.
    5. Open your doc and jump in and out of Presentation mode with ease 👌

      Same problem!
      It happens when I open InDesign on my MacBook and then connect it to a bigger display.
      I need to reopen InDesign on the bigger display (while staying connected) to make it work.

                    Thank you for reaching out. It looks like you are experiencing an issue with InDesign's presentation mode causing your application frame to resize. Would you mind trying resetting your preferences and seeing if that helps?

                      I have the last version, on a brand new mac operative system, all of fresh installation. Same thing happening to me. This problem is of crucial importance during every workday. Do you have any news, @HARSHIKA_VERMA ?
