Word to InDesign styles Epub question

Engaged ,

I placed a word doc in an InDesign document. Everything pretty much  came over except bullets which I created a an InDesign style and added manually. I noticed that all the paragraphs in the text body have spaces in between in the .indd but when exported to epub there are no spaces. I need to know the best way to do this ( I would think in InDesign , create a style and make sure there is a line space at the end of the paragraph?

Or do I add the line space within the current style which would give me a double line space in the .indd?

Any help?

Presumably you're producing a Reflowable ePub (as opposed to a FXL ePub), all text -- paragraphs and characters -- must be assigned InDesign Styles. You can adjust line spacing and indents (and more) in these.
