Work panel is outside the screen

I litterally cant do anything at work bacase of this. So I'm a bit annoyed. I hate working on windows and this problem don't make it any easier. I can't access the workpanel outside the screen.
I appreciate alle help!

Try:

Type Alt+Space, then tap the M key.

Use the Down and Left arrows to nudge the dialog back onto the screen.

After it's in reach, tap Esc to exit Move mode.
