Wrong imported size, poor export.

I have an image, 4000x3000 px, 300 dpi. (Square aspect ratio)
When I import this image into indesign, it will be 960x720 pixels at 300 dpi.
If I resize it to 4000x3000 px, it will be 72 dpi.
Same problem when opening a new document by selecting print or web.
Same problem with other images from stock sites or Photoshop, other PSD and INDD documents.
All applications (Photoshop, Indesign) have been updated.
When exported from indesign, the images give sh!t resolution.

Sounds to me like the image is actually 72 ppi. If you can post it we can take a look at it. Otherwise, this is nothing but guess work.

I tried many pictures. A few PSDs (created by me), downloaded JPG (stock photo), etc. All pictures have 300 ppi with very big pixel resolution.

If the image is 4000 x 3000 px, it hasn't a square aspect ratio.

When you Place the 4000 x 3000 image in your InDesign document – what is the Effective PPI? You can find that in the Links Panel.

The resolution (PPI) of the image you place in the document will vary depending on the size (dimensions) it appears in the InDesign document.

Pixel's square aspect ratio, not the picture.

The effective ppi is 300, the pixel dimensions is  4000x3000, but the picture on page is 960x720px.

Indesign acts as if an image with a size of 4000x3000px and a resolution of 300dpi is the same as an image with a size of 1920x1440px and a resolution of 150dpi.

You mean Pixel Aspect Ratio. Don't worry about that in this context.

Can you Place the image and tell us the Effective PPI?

In Indesign, the effective ppi is 300, the dimensions is 4000x3000.

But the picture on page is 960x720px.

What does the Links panel state as the Actual PPI of that image?

(Are you sure that 960 x 720 is pixels and not say mm?)

What happens to the numbers you are seeing if you right-click the rulers and choose inches or picas or CM?
