Adobe InDesign update 2018 --> 2019

Good morning.

I have a question: I have a SONY portable computer with WINDOWS 7 Ultimate x64 with Adobe InDesign CC2019 (14.0.1)

but I can't update my Desktop pc Lenovo Windows 8.1 Pro x64 with Adobe InDesign CC2018 (13.1)

I can't keep working with 2 different version.

Why? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, also InDesign program

It seems impossible do updating because the computer tell me they're already updated.
