Hi everyone. I am currently working on a book project using InDesign CC. This is my first time to do this.
I'm going to publish through Amazon (paperback, ebook) and will probably do iBooks as well.
My question is, do I still need to get a license for the Baskerville font that I am going to use for this even though the font came in with InDesign?
Thanks.

All Typekit fonts are licensed for ePub.
Keep in mind, the epub reader can change the font themselves to suit one they prefer.

Oh alright. Thanks so much, Derek Cross
I'm also wondering if that covers the paperback printing too?

Yes all the Typekit fonts are licensed for printing.
You'll have to produce two versions of your document – one for printing and the other for Reflowable text ePub, which you then need to convert to the mobi format for the Amazon's Kindle.

It does!
Note that the previous responses assume the Baskerville you are referring to is the Baskerville URW++ font available with Typekit. No Baskerville font is actually bundled with InDesign otherwise. And if you referring to Baskerville typefaces from other than Typekit or Adobe, you need to check the EULA (end user licence agreement) for each such font.
