Cancelling my plan

I'm looking to cancel my InDesign plan, which is an 'Annual plan, paid monthly'. This is due to automatically renew on May 3rd, 2021. The next monthly payment is due tomorrow (September 3rd, 2020). If I cancel today, will I stop being charged right away, or will I have to continue paying each month until May next year?
