Question

Correct In Design ePUB export settings for lulu.com

Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem.

I've tried uploading my ePUB on lulu.com, but when I want to complete the project process on the site, I can't and I get an error saying "file encrypted". I did not mess around with any of the CSS export settings, and I used Arial as my font.

Help?

lulu.com is an online platform where writers can publish their books, and they intern put it on several other sites/platforms.

I'm using In Design CC 2019. The latest version.

I exported it in both 3.0 and 2.01 versions.

(Due to the pictures I had to insert breaks, if that helps.)

There's nothing here that sets off any alarms. You're going to have to check with lulu.

In the meantime try this free ePub validator, which may give you some useful feedback: http://validator.idpf.org/

We can't help with third party issues for the most part. That is especially true when you supply no details.

I have no idea what you're talking about, what version of InDesign, what format or version of EPUB or how lulu.com operates. So back up and tell us what this has to do with InDesign and hopefully we can point you in the right direction.
