Custom page sizes, how to transfer to a new computer

Hi All! Does anyone here know how to transfer all of the custom page sizes I have created in “manage custom page sizes” to a new computer? I have upgraded to a new mac, and am trying to figure out if I can export and import them in some way. Any help is greatly apprecaiated!

Correct answer Steve Werner

Go to File > Document Presets > Define. Select the presets you have created and click Save. Copy the file you save to the other computer, then use the Load button on the other computer.

If you haven't done so, create a Document Preset for each of your custom sizes.

It's a workaround because while you can load document presets, there is NO option to load and save page sizes by themselves.

Thank you, Steve—I was afraid this was the only way! Adobe should defintely come up with a way to do this without document presets.

You should make a feature request at InDesign User Voice where people can vote for the feature request and the product managers will see it:

After importing your document preset(s) into the new version of InDesign (I included a preset for 9 x 11 inches), when you view the new preset, it will show the custom page size both in the preset, and in the custom page size list at the bottom of the Pages panel.
