Diacritics in InDesign CC 2017

Does someone know how I can manually manipulate the diacritics in Indesign CC 2017. I saw in the tutorials that they show in the Character panel but I can't see them.

Diacritic Positioning do exist in Character panel in InDesign CC 2017. You just need to download and use the Middle Easter version as Aman mentioned in previous post.
