Maybe that the font does not support Arabic text and RTL?

Exactly what do you mean by “suddenly font get crashed?”

What your screen shot shows is that text formatted in the font is getting substituted. Apparently InDesign believes that the font isn't installed or has been corrupted in some manner.

If you are running on MacOS, open FontBook and ascertain that the font is indeed still installed and not corrupted.

If you are running on Windows, likewise check that the font is installed via the Fonts Control Panel.

you should stay away from using ".TTF". Rememeber that ".ttf" may come in MAC only or PC only.

Using a professional font manager is the on way to help you in the future.

the basic font manager macs come with is not smart enough to tell the different between Helveticas:  opentype, truetype and postscript. and if you are mixing them up its only a matter of time before you experience serious font issues.

If you are doing professional graphic design work its a must have to use a professional font manager such as suitcase fusion. Last, a professional font manager will not let you put something bad in it. as in corrupted font.
