Gotham Font OTF not recognized in CC

I am having a major issue.  My customer has sent me a file, but InDesign will not acknowledge a few of the Gotham Font Family.  I have loaded the Fonts into the Font Folder under the Applications, but it still does not acknowledge them.

 

I would appreciate any suggestions.

    What version of InDesign? What OS? Did your client provide you a packaged folder with a “Document fonts folder inside? If yes, leave the fonts in this folder.
