IDE for Adobe InDesign CC 2021

Adobe InDesign CC2021 is Pre-Released. Would like to know the compiler version which should be used.

On windows, it seems, we require VS2019 - which exact version and which windows sdk ?

On mac, it seems XCode 11.3.

Anyone please confirm.
