Import Rejected PDF comments from PDF XChange Editor

New Here ,
May 18, 2021 May 18, 2021

Hi,

My colleagues use PDF XChange Editor to proof-read documents. We always do that with one and the same document, so sometimes a colleague rejects or cancels another colleague's comment (most often with the "Replace text" feature and then changes the comment status).

Is there a way to tell InDesign it should not import or let me accept rejected and cancelled comments?

Thanks and regards!

Hi,

It's not related to a specific document. Please see below a download link with an example file + technical sytems details about the OS and the software used including screenshots.

I think it would make more sense when InDesign would refuse to import rejected comments.
