InDesign and redaction

I produce a printed church bulletin each week that often contains sensitive information about missionaries serving in dangerous parts of the world. I'd like to start publishing online for our visually impaired members, but that information needs to be redacted. Obviously I can just delete it and save a new file, or I can export and then delete the page with the sensitive information. But I'm wondering if there is a way to use object styles, or XMP tags, or export settings or something to streamline this process so it is more automated.

Did you look into Conditional Text feature?

Be sure NOT to do anything like s style that is white, or non-Printing, or covered up, or anything like that. In all these cases the text is still there for anyone who wants it.

Are you saying not to use conditional text? Yeah, I was concerned about information still being findable in the metadata or something. I think for now I will export to pdf and just delete that one page in Preview before posting.

There are no redaction features in InDesign.

The only Adobe program with (very good) redaction features is Adobe Acrobat Pro. So if you convert your document(s) to PDF, you can use it to do the redaction:

Thanks for the response! I should probably clarify that I'm not trying to keep as much as I can on the page and just redact names. Truthfully, the whole page can just be blank when it's online. I know I can use object styles to make certain things non-printing, but I do need them to print. Is there some sort of a toggle that keep things visible to print, but make them invisible when exporting or something like that?
