InDesign - how to tell pixel width from other items besides measure tool

There might already be an answer for this question on this forum, sorry if there is. I'm looking for a feature that Sketch has where you can tell the pixel length from another item/object on the page (hold Alt/Option) and it will tell you this information without having to use a measure tool which is tedious. Does InDesign have this or is there a release that is planning on adding this? It's probably the most useful feature that Sketch has which is why I prefer it over InDesign for some tasks (haven't tried XD yet, on my TO-DO list).
