Hello,

I would like to copy / paste an image of Word into Indesign in the header and footer in the PAGES tab and in the Masters that are already there.

When I copy / paste the image into the master, it appears in the middle of the page and when I move it in the header or footer the image disappears and its outlines turn brown.

Please, help me..I do not know anything about InDesign and I can not find an answer in the tutorial.

Thank you!

To understand what's happening, it's important to know that the image is inside a frame. It sounds like you are moving the picture, but not the frame.

Use the Selection tool (the black one) to click the edge of the image. That should select the frame. Hold down on the edge of the frame and drag the frame into position. When you move the frame, the image also moves.

To see your image again, you can select the frame, right click and choose Fitting > Center Content.

Thank you so much!

So simple, but when you are not use to it it seems very difficult!!
