Link to a CD booklet free template?

I might be missing something here but...

In the new document dialog, if you select the Print intent, you'll see a drop-down with loads of page sizes in it. Towards the bottom you should see "Compact Disc". This is set to a CD booklet size (120x120mm or equivalent) with facing pages on by default. Simply type in how many pages you want and that should be it!

It should still be there, even in the trial. Go to File > New Document and then in the dialog look at the Page Size dropdown.

I can see no presets unfortunately. Is it because I'm running a trial copy of Indesign CS 5.5? Where can I download the preset separately?
