It doesn't work for me - regardless of LR version. When I hit [CTRL]+[Alt]+[S] I get a popup from HP telling me my computer's model number.

[Control]+[Alt]+[S] on Windows is a Develop Module (only) KBSC for syncing settings without invoking the sync dialog. Please confirm that you are seeing this issue in the Develop Module and not accidentally in Library.

Also - can you repro the issue prior to exporting, or only after?

Rikk & Vladimir,

We are unable to reproduce this issue internally on multiple operating systems including Win 7. Can one or both of you share the exact steps you are using to trigger the issue? Also - please verify that the settings that you are attempting to sync via the keyboard shortcut are checked in the sync dialog.

Thanks - Kelly

Very simple steps

Develop
Select two images in Film Strip
[CTRL][Alt][S]

Images should sync with no dialog visible.
instead
Images do not sync. HP Dialog pops up instead.

All Sync settings are checked

It sounds like the shortcut is being taken over by the OS or some utility on your machine, but that doesn't account for what Vladamir is seeing. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to reproduce this on multiple machines and OSs. The KBSC and sync is working as expected in every scenario we’ve tried using Lr 6.3/CC 2015.3.

I made two videos
1. With Export. After exporting the issue occurs not immediately
2. Without Export. The same actions. All good

This issue occurs on a computer at home and office. Both Win7 x64

I have restored mine to normal functionality. I have killed the OS level shortcut set by HP at the factory level and now the Lightroom kbsc performs as normal. It now functions both before and after export.

I can no longer reproduce.

Hi Vladimir,

Thank you for posting the videos. I was finally able to reproduce this issue with a clean install on Win 10 and have filed a bug report. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.
