Cheked today on macOS Sierra, the date is OK in my catalogue preferences.

Seems to be a Windows (10) issue only.

It may be a Windows-only problem. Catalog backups on my OSX 10.11 system are OK, but I do see the problem when doing a catalog backup on my Windows 10 system.
