What I tried:

- log out of account

- uninstall app

- create a new catalog

- don't have acess to task manger within the company I work

- reach out to IT and adobe.

At this point I'm thinking on deleting all the catalogs and restart my editing. The thing is  I'm not even sure if that will work out.

Again Thank You!

Did you have an android device attached? A smart phone, or a Tablet?

<system platform="Windows Server 2016 Standard" osversion="10.0" osbuild="14393"

What sort of Windows computer? Server or desktop? The catalog must not be on a network share, or do you actually use a computer with a server edition of Windows?

What Build? 14393 seems odd. Is that not a build for Windows Server 2016?

Ok, your computer, make/model, Windows version, Windows Build? A bit confused, following link implies a very old build

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/whats-new/windows-10-build-14393

ah, and yes, old build on desktop as well

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_version_history

So you have a computer, be it running desktop or server edition of Windows, that has a 6 year old build installed. LrC v11.5 should not work at all on such an outdated rig.

A virtual GPU?

What is the actual GPU if any in the computer?

And are you running a virtual PC? (might explain the odd Windows Server and build) LrC does not like virtual .

hmm, I cannot back that statement up,
