I am creating a book in Lightroom but the format is only US (20*25 cm).
Is there a way to put it on A4 (21*29.7 cm) ?
Make the suggestion at- Lightroom Classic CC | Photoshop Family Customer Community
Adobe has made very few changes to the Book module since its introduction, so don't hold your breath ![]()
Blurb do not offer A4 for Photo Books, but a format size option in Lightroom with a "Print to PDF" option would allow sending the book to other printers as PDF.

No.
The Lr alliance with Blurb and the Book module only allows the options-

Who will print your 'book' in A4 format?
Do they have software that allows A4?
If you use other software, you could use the Lightroom Print module to create all your A4 page layouts and 'Print' them to JPGs for use in your book.

And the Book module in LR does not do that.

It will depend on the country where you live.
Here in Australia we can have A4 books made by Momento ( Photo Books & Stationery: your photos deserve the best )
Momento offer free software to design books, and Lightroom can be used to "Export" - to a folder- all the images you want to place in the book design.
I suggest you do a Googly search for 'online' photo book printers.

thanks for your answer. The problem is i have found the best quality ratio price printer and they don't have a software to make my book. They can print small books of 100pages for 4€ each (ship included) in small quantities (less than 50 samples) .. i have not found anyone else in all the world...

So I assume you want a PDF file to submit to your commercial printer-
Using only Lightroom it is possible to create a PDF in A4 format with work-around methods. Steps look complicated, but once tried and understood it really is simple.
CREATE PAGES-
1. Working from a Collection, Create every page of the book in the PRINT module
2. Use a Page size of A4 (Portrait or Landscape) and the "Print To" option set to JPEG.(Print Job: JPEG File)
3. Use Layout Styles of Single Image or Custom Package and save each 'Print' page to a JPG file in the one same folder.
(If you are creative in the Custom Package you can also save any custom templates for multiple use in future page design)
4. You can add any Photo Info, Identity plate, etc, in the Print module.
You might create all the "Single Image" pages first, then all the "Multi Image" pages next.
If all your book pages are 'Single Image', identical page format, then it is 'Super Easy' to select all images on the Filmstrip! and go directly to the "CREATE THE PDF" steps below, without first creating any JPEG files.
IMPORT THE JPGs TO THE CATALOG
5. Import ALL the JPGs created in the folder.
OPEN THE FOLDER OF JPGS IN THE PRINT MODULE
6. Select ALL the JPGs and open the Print module again, this time only using Single Image layout.
7. Set the option to Use: All Filmstrip Photos.
CREATE THE PDF
8. Do a PAGE SETUP for A4 and set the Printer dialog so as to Print to a PDF.
For a Mac I believe that "Print to PDF" is an option in printer dialogs.
For Windows you would select the printer as "Microsoft Print to PDF", or have Adobe Acrobat, or PrimoPDF, or other software that will 'print' to a PDF file.
You may need a separate PDF file for a Book Cover- but I do not know your Commercial printer's requirements.
Here is my quick PDF created as above-
