A7RIV / Lightroom not working

Hi,

 

I have updated and installed camera raw, lightroom, photoshop, everything.

 

I am unable to import my .ARW files into lightroom classic. The stills were shot on Sony A7RIV. Photoshop can import the photos but not lightroom. help please, its been days and need to be able to use lightroom for work....

    Thank You for this link. Do you know about compatability with movie formats? Sony A7 RIV

    I can see movie when putting chip in camera but LR does not see movie when i try to import.

    That is a New camera and LR has not been updated to include it, Yet. you'll just have to wait until LR is updated and that camera is added, or shoot JPGs, or Use the Sony supplied RAW converter intil LR is updated.

     

    As for the other person that posted to this discussion. Please start you own discussion.

    You do not have the same camera and more than likely not the same problem.

    I am having the same problem with the Lightroom CC. I am not able to upload the RAW files (canon) to my lightroom.
