Adjustment Brush - Presets losing default settings and unable to restore

1. Unable to restore default Adjustment brush presets

When choosing a preset eg. soften skin, at the bottom of the tab there is an option to "Restore Default Presets"

There is no action when selecting this option.

2. Adjustment Brush Presets not keeping Default settings and/or name not changed to "edited"

Choosing a Preset and then modifying the settings change the Preset permanently using same name rather than change to "custom"

Certain times when changing a setting it will change the Preset name to eg. "Soften Skin - edited"

Other times the name will remain the same and the default settings will be lost

I am unable to revert to default settings at the moment.
