Adobe In-House Lua IDE

A long time ago Troy Gaul mentioned on his "Lightroom Exposed" presentation that the team is "working on a new IDE written in Lua" and "would like to make it available for external developers in the future". Anyone ever again heard something about the in-house Lua IDE meanwhile?

This topic came up on Twitter a month or so ago. No Lua IDE has been made available by the team but Tom Hogarty's response to the twitter conversation indicates there still is some hope.
