AI MASKING EDITS ARE NOT SYNCING

I am having problems with the recent AI masking updates. The issues is once I have edit 1 image & I try to sync those same edit to another image the copied mask on the new image does not update.  I keep reaching out to adobe and the reps keep telling me my system should be able to handle the update and i may have to update my graphic card. One rep gave me a link and I followed the steps exactly & the new update is still not working correctly.
