All Publish Services missing after update to 10

For years, I've used Publish Services to update folders on my computer (screensaver folder, desktop background folder, etc). I recently updated LR Classic to the new version 10 and now all my services are missing:

How can I recover these or locate them on my computer?

Have you considered resetting the preference file?

I have just downloaded LrC and am trying to add an extension from lightroom to my website. The "publish Services" option is no where to be found. I see that there is a comment to "reset the preference file" though I may not be tech savy enough to understand what to do in order to be able to obtain the option to add my "Published Services". Please help.
