An internal error has occurred - attempt to index rootfile

Lately after the most recent update to my Mac, Ventura 13.1, when I am using DXO Pure Raw 2 and it is running my files and copying them to the destination folder, the following error comes up for each image, and it does not put the completed images DXO collections Library of LC. The files are done, but I have to import them again to do some final touches, adding extra steps to my workflow. I tried reinstalling the DXO software and also ran a fix of the permissions on my mac HD. Here is a screenshot of the error -

The only one I have installed the the DXO Pure Raw 2 and that is the one I mentioned above that is having the problem. I have already reinstalled the DXO app and it has full permissions.
