Another Not All Photos will Sync from Collection

I have created a synced collection with 160 images, 32 of which have synced and are visible in the online gallery, the rest refuse to upload. In fact some of them disapear from the collection (not from the catalog just the collection)

I've created another collection, added the same images and the same 32 images upload and the rest don't, similarly some of the images get removed from the collection after 10 or 20 minutes.

I have tried restarting lightroom, restarting the computer, pausing/restarting the syncing, clicking on the 3 dots at the top,  deleting all synced data, rebuilding of synced data and nothing works.

 

LRC 14.2, Mac Sequoia 15.3.1

Hey, @duag. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

Before troubleshooting further, update Lightroom Classic to v14.2 via the Creative Cloud desktop app & let Lightroom Classic run for a while.

 

If it does not help, go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync Tab > Press and check if you see a list of files that have sync in progress. If you can locate the collection in which these specific images are, start by adding flags/ratings or minor edits to the photos and add them to a new collection, wait for this collection to finish Syncing.

@Sameer K .  Thanks for the suggestion.  I updated to 14.2 6 days ago and having running daily since.

 

I went to sync tab and it believed it is fully synced, so no list of files.

 

I then changed the color labels on the files and pulled them over(again) into the collection that is being synced.  The sync process started but after ~15 minutes, it thinks it has indeed synced but nothing is showing up on the online version of Adobe Lightrrom (other than the original 32 photos that were there to start with).

Thanks for sharing the details. Please check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, ensure you have backups for the images.

 

After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.
