Question

Any way to shortcut getting to a plug-in on the Library menu? (LR Classic on Mac)a

I am using a plug-in (Focus Point Viewer) very frequently when reviewing a shoot.

To access it, I need to click "Library"  then "plug-in extras"  then "Show Focus Point".

Screen capture attached.

Is there any way to assign this to a keyboard shortcut? Or at least assign it to the right-click menu?

Or any way to create a MacOS Keyboard shortcut or a Shortcuts App shortcut?  I also have Alfred installed.

I don't see how to create a shortcut based on keystrokes in this case. There is a shortcut to the Library Module and the Plug-in Manager but not to where I want to go

( I think this would be easy in Windows)

On Mac, you can use the shortcuts of plugin commands in the Plug-in Extras menus via System Preferences > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts, as described here:

https://www.lightroomqueen.com/custom-keyboard-shortcuts/

But with the plugin menu commands, you need to prefix the command name with precisely three spaces (which is what LR inserts into the menu to cause the command names to be indented).  So you would type "<space><space><space>Show Focus Point" (no quotes).

I have recently switched from Windows to MacBook M1 but I am having problems to make the Plug-ins shortcuts work.

I followed the instructions to the letter and assigned a shortcut to Copy Settings by @johnrellis but it's not working at all.

Her's a screenshot of the App Shortcuts as I have set it.

Not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Shortcut are absolutely vital to my Workflow so I need them desperately.

'Copy Settings' is not a plugin menu but a normal Lightroom Classic menu, so you should not add the three spaces.
