Are these presets gone forever?

Is there a way to get these back or pay for them?

I assume it's the same as my copy, where they've been turned off.. 

Click the + in the Presets panel header and choose Manage Presets. Scroll down until you see the Subject section and hit the check box.

Just hit the Correct Answer and I'll be happy..🤣

You can use that to hide presets you don't use and stop them cluttering the Presets panel.
