I have installed Lightroom Classic on my PC which is running on Windows10. I have a Loupedeck+ connected to the system which I use for editing in lightroom.
When I press the arrow key on my keyboard/loupedeck inorder to navigate to the next/previous photo (in library or develop modeule), it appears like the directional key press gets stuck and lightroom will scroll through all the photos imported in the current folder. This doesnt happen every time when I use lightroom.
I am using this same keyboard and loupedeck+ with other editing and MSoffice softwares during which it never gave any issues. So it is definitely not the faulty keyboards. I have tried connecting this keyboard and loupedeck on other PCs and they appear to work just fine.
Only work around for me is to restart my PC and start my work again which is really annoying and time consuming. Is anyone else facing this same issue? Is there a workaround/fix for this issue?

Any organization worth their business would notice issues like this that affect the quality of their products and user experience and take them seriously, get into a dialogue with the affected users and try to address these issues. However when they chooses not to, there must be other pressing concerns - concerns like its impending downfall/demise. History is surfeit with examples like this. Not that I am wishing downfall (or floushing) of Loupedeck, I don't care eitherway. I am just pointing out the trajectory in which they seem to be stuck. For me it is just a lousy company/brand with thick skin.

1) We have been in dialoque with multiple users. The method mentioned above came from one of those users.
2) All Customer service messages are checked. Logs, deep logs, special logs etc have been gathered. This bug is no exception. But logs are not collected from everyone because that is unnecessary.
3) No company runs around one issue. There are always dozens of things going at the same time. If something is not solved, it does not mean the reason is concerning - it only means that the specific issue has not been solved.
PS. And about thoughts of downfall, If you didn't know, Logitech bought Loupedeck last summer. Hard to imagine that would happen if there would be any kind of "pressing concerns".

Logitech bought Loupedeck? Thanks for that update. Congratulations!
An important issue that affects the use of the product is not resolved - and the reason is not concerning?
It IS concerning - being stoic about it, being unconcerned about issues that pain your customers is pathetic man! There's no other way of putting it. A philosophical detachment is just a facade that hides callousness and nonchalance. Words hurt, I get it so does the fact that I burnt good cash after a (your) bad product.
Do well!

I know this issue is frustrating, but I'd like to give a little credit to @Karo Holmberg Logitech for providing an update a month after my last message with a potential fix, one that I am yet to try (but not convinced it's the issue at the moment). It does show that he has tried to provide support to this thread with new knowledge as soon as it came in, which was a month after the last activity on here.
If Loupedeck want to reach out for more troubleshooting then please do. I'd be happy to help where possible to get this resolved.

Oh God... still, there is no solution for this problem?
I discovered a temporary solution, when this happens and the right key gets "stuck" , I hit the left key and that the right again and than the left and the loop stops after a few seconds. Working on an Imac. Man this is a waste of time when you edit thousands of photos...

No, the problem is not solved and it's unlikely to be solved ever. A device which is meant to improve productivity actually wastes so much
time, think about it.
Here's the breaking news: Loupedeck was bought over by Logitech and people responsible for building this product have adopted stoicism as a way of life in order to overcome the emotional trauma resulting from the onslaught of complaints from their customers (like you and me) while basking in the glory of their new found wealth, sipping finest of French wines, nibbling on Beluga Caviar and wild caught, responsibly harvested Alaskan Salmon while sunbathing on private beaches in the Caribbean. Cheers, they say! Haven't you heard?

I have been experiencing this issue since the Loupdeck+ was released. It's been a headache as so many have stated.
After making some changes, I have yet to have this issue again. It is of course possible that this is just confusing correlation with causation, but I am hoping that this is the answer.
Having a longer press-down pause before repeat keystrokes seems logical for this issue. I have my repeat speed set low as well, thought you may want yours to be higher. I have not tested it at any other settings than what is shown in the images I provided.
As I've stated, so far no issues, and I'm actually able to press the Loupdeck+ arrow keys with a much faster response time as well.
I hope this helps!!
