[Branched] Problem transferring catalog to new PC

Couldn't find a link to post a new topic. I am transfering my photo editing from a PC desktop to a PC laptop and from Win 10 to 11. 

I intend to keep all my photos on an external drive with LR Classic on the laptop's C: drive. What's the best way to port my catalog over to the new laptop so it points to my new removable drive? I have a pretty good-sized catalog: around 100,000 files.
