This problem has come back suddenly in the middle of my work :
Brush doesn't work in LR Classic
This is UNACCEPTABLE :(((((
It doesn't allow me to work!!!
I don't want to reinstall LR again - last time it took many time.
When Adobe will fix this disgusting bug???

Can you be more specific about which brush isn't working? A screenshot or two would also be helpful

This is normally a user error, not a bug. There is nothing wrong with the brushes, or everybody would be shouting off the roofs. Check the Flow and the Density settings of the brush. Most likely one of the two or both are set to a very low value.

Easy to accidentally touch when actually attempting to click on the auto mask box. Been their, done that.

When the brush didnt work for me I spent two days getting advice from the LR agents which did not help. The answer was my FLOW SETTING. It was too low. Thank you for this advice . You are indeed a genius.
