Brush tool Is not working properly

I using my Brush and It was working fine. I guess I press something in the keyboard and now is not working, before if I wanted to bump the exposure with a .44% was fine but now 4.00% it does a soft change... and it only the brush the gradueted filter and radial filter works perfect!!! THANK YOUUUU HELLLPPPP
