Camera Matching Profiles - Canon R5 MkII

In the Adobe Camera Raw supported cameras, the new Canon R5 MkII is listed as already supported.

But, altough the "Camera matching profile available" collumn is marked as "Yes", it has a 6 in-between brackets, something that looks like call to a note (the R8, the R50 and the R100 also show this).

However, I don't seem able to find any not, both at the end of the Canon cameras table, nor at the end of the full cameras list.

What dos that (6) mean?

Thank you in advance for any help.

I was hesitantly hopeful that the latest LRC Update a couple of weeks back , 14.3.1, would "support the latest camera releases" but alais no Tether support for Canon R5-MkII.  Tethering is used by many studio Canon photographers.  Looks like we'll all have to stick with tethering with the R5 for now.

FINALLY. The June 19th release of LR Classic Version 14.4 recognizes the Canon R5-MkII for tethering.  There are plenty more wonderful improvements in the latest, too, as in all updates.

Thank you.

Still unaddressed for years is the long, ongoing annoyance of the border of LR Classic closing the side panels when mistakenly touched if trying to access scroll bars in the panels on the edge of the program.

My R5 markII will not tether with the latest Lightroom classic 13.5 .  R5 works fine.

Rt markii not shown in latest camera raw list, just R1.

"My R5 markII will not tether with the latest Lightroom classic 13.5 ."

The Canon EOS R5 Mark II isn't listed in the Tethered Camera Support page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/tethered-camera-support.html

LR relies on libraries supplied by Nikon, Canon, and Sony for tethering to their cameras. The Canon Software Development Kit (SDK) doesn't yet support the R5 Mark II:

https://www.canon-europe.com/business/imaging-solutions/sdk/

So complaints to Canon would be appropriate.

John,

Thank you so much for clarification.  I was going crazy thinking that there was something I was doing wrong, changed cables, ports, etc.  Then tested all again with original R5, all ok.  I suppose that with such a new monumental camera that Adobe will release a new LR Classic when Canon has provided the needed "libraries."

Great community support,

The Camera Matching profiles for the Canon EOS R5 Mk2 are included with LrC 13.5  and Camera Raw 16.5 (see attached screenshot)

Yes, I know, but that was not my question.

Looks like the footnoting on the Cameras Supported By Camera Raw has gotten mangled at some point, not just for Canon but for the other brands too.  I believe the Canon footnotes "(6)":

are referring to the single footnote at the end of the Canon table:

which links to here:

@Rikk Flohr: Photography, the footnote markers on many cameras in Cameras Supported By Camera Raw have gotten mangled, similar to how the Canon footnote markers were mangled above.  See the cameras in Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, OM Digital Solutions, Panasonic, Sony.

the "Camera matching profile available" collumn is marked as "Yes",

I have no idea what that Yes refers to.

Can you post a screenshot, for example:
