Camera Profiles Created via X-Rite Color Checker Passport

I exported camera profiles created using X-Rite's Color Checker Passport [Export with Preset, Color Checker Passport Camera Calibration]. When I attempted to use them from the Basic Panel, they were not present. Not sure where they are hiding but would like to use them. Can someone help. Also, how are these loaded in Adobe Camera RAW?

You might want to reinstall the X-Rite Color Checker software, preferably a fresh new download.

And you do have the plug-in installed?

No issues with that product on my Mac, what OS are you using?

Did you create the profiles within LR or using X-rite's standalone?

If a profile shows up for LR, it should show up for ACR.

I didn't realize this was still supported but before you needed to restart Lightroom for the profiles to show up. You might have to manually move the .dcp profiles to the correct location. You also might need to make the profile show up. Here is a tutorial: https://blog.xritephoto.com/2018/05/camera-profiles-in-adobe-lightroom-classic-cc/#sthash.jwsCWiyL.dpbs
