I upgraded to Classic CC 7.3 from 7.0 and I just can't copy settings, not to mention paste it. How can I solve it? thx.

Was hoping 7.4 solved it, but I still got the same problem in 7.4.

Try the following. Create a new catalog, import a few pictures and see if the problem occurs with this catalog too. If it does, then you out of luck. If the problem does not occur, you can proceed as follows. Create a new catalog again (or delete all images from the new one you just created), then use ‘File - Import from Another Catalog’ and import your old catalog. That will (almost) create a duplicate catalog; the only thing that won’t come over are any publishing services you may have. And hopefully that new copy still won’t have this problem.

I'm having the same issue, both when I try to copy my develop settings and when I try to sync multiple images. The settings panel that usually comes up after you press copy or sync doesn't come up. It's almost like its hidden somewhere, because when I try to click on anything AFTER I click on sync/copy, that little chime sounds off that reminds you to click okay or enter on the open settings panel, only, like I said, I can't see it. The only work around I found is that I press sync, then I can press Enter, and it will sync those images or copy the settings, however, I can't see the panel, so I can't choose what things I actually want to sync (i.e. exposure, tint, etc). It's really annoying!

I'm running Windows 10

Here is my LR info.

OK, I thought you might have a special problem that lots of people are faced with, but you don’t. Your Lightroom version is correct, so that is not the problem. No idea why copy settings doesn’t work, though.

Your Lightroom version is correct, so that is not the problem.

Hmm, are you positive about that?  The splash screen may not be telling the truth?

christinam0710,  I suggest doing Help > System Info and copy and pasting the first ten lines or so here. The splash screen may be correct, but this will eliminate any possibility that your licensing is screwed up.

What happens when you try? What operating system? I'm using Windows 10, and it works for me.

Usually it will comes out a dialogue box when I click "Copy Settings", but in 7.3 nothing happened when I click it. I'm Windows 10 too.

Can you show a screenshot of the dialog you see when you choose 'About Lightroom'?
