Can't import presets to the new LrC

Hi, 
I'm trying to import my presets from old LrC to the new laptop. 
It doesn't work, some of them are missing like for example, color profiles from specific preset. 

I found some topics but this is not clear enough for me to fix that problem. How step by step I should make that work? I can't work on my new laptop due to this problem!
