Can't load ICC profile in LR Classic

I'm no stranger to color management having sold my prints for more than 10 years but this one has me stumped. I downloaded a printer profile from Bay Photo, installed in Colorsync/Profiles:

HOWEVER When I try to install in LR, it's greyed out. Here's the Install dialog:

The only thing I can imagine is some kind of permissions problem. I'm going to investigate further.
