Cannot find masking

I feel like I'm losing my mind, I'm trying to follow a sky masking tutorial but I can't even find the masking tool/workspace in the first place.
First screenshot is from tutorial, second is my lightroom classic. I know I'm probably missing somethhing staring me in the face but I'm so confused.

Masking as present in the first screenshot is available in LrC 11 (October 2021) and higer. Your screenshot suggests that you're using an earlier version.
