Ahh, Ok, so you tried to restore a  copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, and then run it. That won't work.

Probably better to uninstall it, download a new copy, and install the new copy.

First download the script to remove Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App

see: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Then download and install a fresh new copy

see: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

'Note that this will not remove your programs like Photoshop, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, or Brudge.

I do not understand. What do you mean by you login via Chrome? What does using a web browser to do with signing in to your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

 I am clearly missing something.

My question is "I cannot open Creative cloud app on my new MBP which is restored by time machine".

In another way, I can login to "Creative cloud webpage via browser".

Do you try to ling via webbrowser like Safari or the Creative Cloud client?

Which error message do you get? Please post the exact message.

Yes, I tried to login creative cloud via Chrome and successfully.

Please see attached screenshot for detail.

But when I try to launch LR classic desktop then it will show the same error "I have sign out'.
