This is something I see also, but given time, and waiting, the other selected photos add to the Ps layers.

Ps appears to open an empty layer first, then loads in the next photo to the layer.

Your system may just be very slow. Have you tried waiting longer?

And are all the selected photos available to Ps? ie. they are not 'missing' or 'Smart Previews', on drives not available.

I also suggest you update to LrC v9.4 as there were other reports of images not loading to layers (I do not recall where).

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Past that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Please find the above mentioned Lightroom classic version information.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe creative cloud but still i have this same problem. When i tried editing one Photo from lightroom classic "Edit in Photoshop" option it works perfectly fine but when i choose multiple photo in lightroom classic "Edit in open as layers in Photoshop" it opens a empty load layer and a seperate backgroung layer in a new document in photoshop cc. I tried opening with different pictures but still the result are same.
